June 6, 2016. Actor Carmen Moore picked up a Leo Award at the gala held in Vancouver Sunday night. Moore was presented with the Best Lead Performance by a Female in a Dramatic Series for the episode “Flat Line” in the series Blackstone. This is the third Leo Moore has won for her lead role as Leona Stoney. The Leo Awards are a project of the Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Foundation of British Columbia, a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to celebrate and promote the achievements of the British Columbia film and television industry.
