Two days after Treaty 8 signed a protocol agreement with the province and Treaty 8 Deputy Grand Chief Isaac Laboucan-Avirom said, 鈥淎ctions will speak louder than words,鈥 the government has announced it will be withdrawing Bill 22.

April 28, 2016. A nine-year-old girl missing overnight on Frog Lake First Nation was found safe Thursday morning. Elk Point RCMP said the girl was taken to hospital as a precaution but was determined not to have any injuries, frostbite or hypothermia.听She said the three dogs that went missing with her the night before had laid beside her throughout鈥
