Two days after Treaty 8 signed a protocol agreement with the province and Treaty 8 Deputy Grand Chief Isaac Laboucan-Avirom said, 鈥淎ctions will speak louder than words,鈥 the government has announced it will be withdrawing Bill 22.

April 28, 2016. A nine-year-old girl missing overnight on Frog Lake First Nation was found safe Thursday morning. Elk Point RCMP said the girl was taken to hospital as a precaution but was determined not to have any injuries, frostbite or hypothermia.听She said the three dogs that went missing with her the night before had laid beside her throughout鈥

April 25, 2016. A group of First Nations youth from Siksika and Calgary听are in Cuba for a month long tour. Wandering Spirit Native Awareness features dancers ranging in age from 12 to 20 years.
